Adrianna Melgar

Adrianna is an LMHCA and LCDP dedicated to supporting individuals through recovery, mental health challenges, trauma, and major life transitions. With experience in inpatient psychiatric care, correctional settings, and community outreach, she specializes in substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health needs, and justice-involved clients.

She integrates CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety, MRT, harm-reduction, and trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches. Adrianna is committed to providing accessible, culturally responsive, and nonjudgmental care, creating a safe space where clients feel empowered to heal and grow.

Kaima Dunbar-Williams

Kaima is passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their true selves and live authentically. Her practice serves as a guide to support clients as they navigate mental health challenges and life stressors.

With experience working with children, teens, adults, and the elderly, she specializes in postpartum issues, depression, anxiety, grief, autism, chronic illness, adoption, body image, behavioral issues, racial identity, parenting, relationships, and trauma.

She understands that seeking therapy can feel overwhelming and believes that lasting change takes time and commitment. Her approach combines mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, strength-based, client-centered, and solution-focused methods to help clients address emotional, relational, and psychological concerns.

Kathy Young

Kathy’s therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based practices. With over a decade of experience working with diverse populations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, she has honed her skills in creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their experiences and emotions freely.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Play Therapy, Kathy tailors her methods to meet the unique needs of each client. She is passionate about empowering individuals to navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and cultivate positive change. Kathy’s mission is to guide her clients on their journey toward growth and healing.

Tanejah Jones

Tanejah Jones is a trauma-informed psychotherapist specializing in trauma recovery, anxiety, emotional regulation, and somatic therapy. She is committed to creating a grounded, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients feel supported as they work through life’s challenges.

Tanejah’s approach integrates evidence-based practices with mind–body techniques, helping clients deepen self-awareness, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of safety and empowerment. She believes in meeting each person where they are and tailoring therapy to honor their unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

Whether navigating overwhelming emotions, processing past pain, or working toward personal growth, Tanejah offers a steady, nonjudgmental presence to guide clients toward meaningful and lasting change.

Janellia Jolley

Janellia, an LCSW with a master’s in social work, takes a social justice and holistic approach to mental health counseling. She prioritizes meeting clients where they are and helping them achieve their goals using a client-centered approach. Drawing on modalities like CBT, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, she has experience working with individuals across diverse backgrounds. Janellia is especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and non-traditional spirituality communities.

Identifying as Black, queer, and gender non-conforming, Janellia enjoys family time, nature, music, meditation, herbalism, and tarot reading. Originally from Boston, MA, she loves to travel and aspires to pursue a Ph.D. in Social Work.
