What are the signs I need therapy?

Everyone chooses to start therapy for many different reasons. Therapy isn't one size fits all so the reason you choose to go to therapy may be different for someone else. If you feel like you are always the strong one and you aren't given the space to feel, therapy might be the place for you. If you have a history of depression and anxiety, therapy might be for you. Even if you just need guidance for your relationship, therapy is the place to guide you on your mental health journey. 

Can I talk to a therapist for free?

At MMTherapy we offer a free consultation for new clients. This is where we get to know our clients and their expectations for therapy. We accept several different insurances and based on a client's coverage there will be a copay. We advise contacting your insurance to know your coverage.

Therapy is a form of mental health wellness where clients are able to speak freely without judgement. Therapy is a place where healing begins. Through therapy clients are given tools, a plan, and counsel to grow and improve their mental health.
