Irina is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Candidate with dual degrees in Psychology and Behavioral Health from Rhode Island College. She is expected to earn her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in May 2026.

With experience in trauma-informed care, anxiety, depression, and group therapy, Irina is passionate about supporting diverse populations through their mental health journeys. Her immigration background and multilingual skills (Cape Verdean Creole, Portuguese, and Spanish) enrich her culturally responsive approach.

Grounded in empathy and compassion, Irina creates a safe, nonjudgmental space for all clients. As a Christian woman, she honors the role of faith in healing and welcomes clients from all backgrounds.
