Mika has over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, working across a variety of settings, including hospitals, residential placements, group homes, correctional facilities, dual diagnosis practices, and nursing homes. She currently serves as the Program Director for Intensive Community-based through the Department of Mental Health and is also a PhD candidate.

Kyona Andrade, M.Ed., is a counseling intern with a Master’s in School Counseling and is currently pursuing advanced counseling studies at Rhode Island College.
She specializes in supporting pre-teens, adolescents, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and life transitions. Kyona has experience providing individual and group therapy in schools, community programs, and hospital settings.

Irina is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Candidate with dual degrees in Psychology and Behavioral Health from Rhode Island College. She is expected to earn her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in May 2026.

Her immigration background and multilingual skills (Cape Verdean Creole, Portuguese, and Spanish) enrich her culturally responsive approach.

Fluent in Spanish, Arabic, and English, and certified in trauma treatment, motivational interviewing, diversity counseling, and forensic interviewing, Ragida delivers impactful counseling and training for diverse audiences.
