Mika has over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, working across a variety of settings, including hospitals, residential placements, group homes, correctional facilities, dual diagnosis practices, and nursing homes. She currently serves as the Program Director for Intensive Community-based through the Department of Mental Health and is also a PhD candidate.

Mika has extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan and has earned multiple certifications on trauma-informed care, problematic sexualized behaviors, grief, life coaching, collaborative assessment and management of suicidality, substance abuse screening for youth, and behavior management. Her passion lies in motivating others to live authentically, purposely, and with a deeper sense of self-awareness.
